1) PLEASE be CERTAIN to include in your registration the names of the judges you are bringing and the events they can judge. We need EVERYBODY'S participation in this- if you ARE bringing a LARGE Group, PLEASE bring some judges. There are many great judges out there and we really do depend upon folks working COLLECTIVELY to bring judges. THANKS FOR PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS DETAIL

2) ALSO the DEADLINE is January 9th- check, recheck and triple check your registration and PLEASE observe the deadline. WE are all theatre people and we understand the importance of DEADLINES. Think of them as OPENING NIGHTS - we all know that we have to be ready on opening nights- NO EXCUSES, so PLEASE treat the deadline like an opening night.

3) IN REGARDS TO REGISTRATION- DROPS after registration deadline are FINE. BUT . . . BE SURE TO COMMUNICATE with me BEFORE Regionals. ADD ONS ARE NOT!!!! Once we start to build rounds, there are MISTAKES and miss-ups- It is the theatre after all, however WE want to minimize these as much as possible. SO SPONSORS ORGANIZE YOUR CHARGES AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING! HAVE YOUR "TEAM" set as you send in your registration.

4) PLEASE be sure to include, in your registration materials, your EMAIL ADDRESS, I will send out email confirmation ONCE I receive your registration.

5) Remember too, that while the SOP does state that benches can be used, sometimes the host school can't provide them in EVERY room. So Direct your actors to be Flexible.

6) ALSO PLEASE front end load parents with the information that they CANNOT attend and watch the rounds. COMPETITION is for THE ACTORS, AND THE SPONSORS ONLY - this is a security and CLASS issue.
